Saw Craven talk about this two years ago at Comic Con. When trying to explain the plot the audience got so confused they asked him to explain it again. Two more times. It was also called "25/8" because, according to Craven, if you need to watch out for the devil 24/7, you need to watch out for the Ripper 25/8.
ReplyDeleteYeah.
They waited two years to release it and I bet the only reason he got it in theaters is cause they can bring in enough opening weekend with 3D to justify it. The cinematography looks great, but other than that it's gonna be a bit hit and miss, ala New Nightmare.
