    Television: Doctor Who 50th Anniversary gets a name: "The Day of the Doctor"


    As reported by The Nerdist:

    "Just a moment ago, at midnight in the UK, the BBC announced both the name of and the poster for the reportedly 75-minute Doctor Who 50th Anniversary special."

    Matt Smith, David Tennant, Billie Piper, Jenna Coleman, and John Hurt are all confirmed for the November 23rd BBC America debut of this feature length adventure celebrating 50 years of Time Lords, sonic screwdrivers, companions, and quirky time traveling villains.

    The poster is awesome, and I for one am looking forward to a fantastic story.
