    #SDCC: Predator versus Godzilla

Haha, not really, but I just made a butt-load of millions coming up with the next crossover script.  Studios are just buying titles now right?  Great.

Anyway, the news I stumbled upon today involves the events at San Diego Comic Con 2013.  According to CBR.com [1], the studios producing the next Predator (20th Century Fox) and Godzilla (Legendary) films will be bringing some teaser stuff.  I think the Godzilla director is actually bringing 40 seconds of footage; that 40 seconds could include everything from the monster in full-frame burning down Tokyo, or a glass of water with ripples and a dino-stomping noise (see 1993 to 1998).  Either way, don't even talk to me unless your sentence begins and ends with "Mechagodzilla."

The other film (?) being teased is Predator-related.  They've posted an image on the official Predators Facebook page, cause you know, everyone is still subscribing to updates about a movie from 2010 (see above).  I can't really find any substantial evidence that a new Predator movie is coming soon, just rumors, but perhaps Legendary is using SDCC to do that.  Or maybe it's not a film!  A video game?  Television series?  Fan fiction?  Until we have anything official, though, I wouldn't get to da choppah just yet.
