The UK's Cherry Pop Records has just released the 3rd title in their series of Bangles CD reissues.
"Everything" was the band's 3rd album for Columbia records and was their 2nd platinum success with the label. Bolstered by the top 5 hit single "In Your Room" and their 2nd #1 single "Eternal Flame"
Filled with jangly guitars, thumping drums and rich harmonies, "Everything" proved to be "everything" Bangles fans wanted from these 80's pop princesses. Although not as popular as it's predecessor, "Different Light," "Everything" went onto become another platinum seller and in my opinion is the best of the groups initial releases.
All 3 albums have been remastered and include new liner notes and bonus tracks. In the case of "Different Light" a whole 2nd disc is included and contains 8 remixes and extended versions of tracks on the album.
The Cherry Pop Records reissues now serve as the definitive way to hear these classic albums.
If you already own these releases it is definitely time for an upgrade because these discs have never sounded better.
