Event Review: Haunted Play Presents Delusion

I wish this was something that all of our readers could experience but unfortunately, this is an event for our Los Angeles friends. It's a real shame because this really is one of the best "haunted house" experiences I've had.
Part haunted house, part play, Delusion delivers a ton of great scares. Rather than walking through a typical setup haunted house waiting for some one to jump out at you in a cheap mask, Delusion delivers on a whole new level. Movie quality special effects and top notch actors bring you right into the story. You've never experienced something like this before.
The stage is set inside a real Los Angeles mansion. Once that seems out of time. Its tall pillars and white paint sort of give off a stately almost regal air. Once inside though, that is where the terror begins. Filled with demented patients and weird happenings you find yourself right in the middle of a terrible experiment.
I can't really say much more than that. I don't want to spoil any of the scares or surprises that await you when you walk through those doors. Suffice it to say, you will feel like a part of this. Even in our group of about 6 or so people, no one was left out of the fun.
It is a real testament to the actors and the crew that make Delusion such an exciting, and freaky, time. The effects are excellent and are executed with near flawless precision. That combined with the passionate, professional cast all add up to a terrifying, can't miss Halloween experience.
You won't find a scarier way to spend your evening this Halloween.
Head over to HauntedPlay.com and get your tickets now. The show runs for the rest of the week.
