Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part One Will NOT Be In 3D!

Warner Bros. has announced that next month's eagerly anticipated Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part One will NOT be in 3-D.  It seems a completed 3D version will not be done in time for the release date.

I for one am extremely glad to hear that Warners isn't going to force out a poor 3D conversion for this one and hope they drop the 3D for the next as well.  Especially, since it is to be a conversion which has so far given us terrible films (The Last Airbender, Clash of the Titans).  The company wants to give the fans the best possible experience.  From WB:  "Despite everyone's best efforts, we were unable to convert the film in its entirety and meet the highest standards of quality. We do not want to disappoint fans who have long-anticipated the conclusion of this extraordinary journey."

    We thank you WB.

Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part One arrives in theaters on November 19.
