Batman 3 will be called...

It looks like Christopher Nolan's next Batman film will be titled The Dark Knight Rises and is being written as the closing chapter of a trilogy according to an interview the LA Times has with Nolan.

Also, it appears that The Riddler will not be appearing in the film. I'm not sure how I feel about that title to be honest.

Any guesses as to who the villain/villains might be this time?
