Has the Justice League found their Superman?

Brandon Ruth and Tom Welling are both out of the running to play superman in the upcoming Justice League movie. Talk is now that a Superman has been chosen. Take this as a grain of salt for now but if its true than Superman will be played by:

Rupert Evans
