Fox has delayed the premiere of the Family Guy spin-off The Cleveland Show from mid season to fall 09, sighting lengthy production schedules . The good news is that along with the postponement that have asked for a full 22 episode season of the show!The shooting schedule of Prison Break has been extended in order to film 2 additional episodes for the show. This leads many to speculation that these two episodes will serve as the last for the show.
Fox has also announced the cancelation of MadTV, one of the networks longest running shows. There is already talk of the show moving to a cable network (my guess is comedy central.).
NBC has inexplicably given a full season order to Knight Rider which will be retooled to be more like its predecessor. They have also canceled Lipstick Jungle, and the new series My Own Worst Enemy.
ABC has announced Lost will return on Wednesday, January 21. The show returns with a THREE HOUR event. From 8-9 we have a recap show and from 9-11 the 2 hour premiere! The show will remain on Wednesdays at 9pm.
Boston Legal will finish out it's final season in just a few short weeks. Is there any hope for another network to pick it up? Perhaps a spin-off? The show has been brilliant this season and I'm not quite prepared to see a TV landscape without Boston Legal.
