Announcement: New Writers!

We're on the road to building a better PCB for everyone out there. For starters, I thought it was a good idea to get more voices and different points of view than my own. So I decided to add a few writers to the crew. I wanted to be sure that the people I bring on board have as deep an appreciation and love of the topics we cover here as I do.

The first writer we're lucky enough to have joining has a demonstrated love as well as a vast knowledge of film.

Tyler Smith is one half of the duo that make up the popular podcast Battleship Pretension and will be bringing us great reviews of all sorts of films, classics included, as well as other film related topics.

The next writer joining us is a dear friend of mine whose opinion on movies I seek out more so than any one else. Lucy Jones AKA Cinecitta is one of my favorite people on the planet, even if our opinions on movies are vastly different most of the time. I am thrilled to have her with us. She sees more movies than I can even hope to see and I can't wait to see what she brings us!

So then, it is my absolute pleasure to welcome Tyler Smith and Lucy Jones to the Pop Culture Beast family. They both bring distinct voices and a lot of knowledge to the site and I couldn't be happier to have them with us.

I have a third writer coming on board who you will all meet very soon and hope to add a couple more in the coming weeks.

Don't worry, they won't all be movie folks.
